Tattoo Parlor

A watercolor painting depicting a scene at an imaginary tattoo parlor.

I’ve created this piece while longing for quiet Summer days and the scent of flowers flowing through the window. My love for Japanese elements shows through, but I didn’t want to be bound by that theme and so nothing in this picture is following specific cultural designs or patterns. It is simply a scene from world that exists somewhere in my imagination.

This piece has been created during the 2015 52-week Illustration Challenge. The theme was “Ink”.
